Our new apartment house "BERG" is located in a sunny viewpoint just outside Eben (approx. 1.5 km from the town centre) in the middle of the Salzburger Sportwelt and Ski Amadé. The apartment for 2-4 pers. (approx. 42 m²) is wheelchair accessible. There is a private reserved parking space available for wheelchair users in the Carport. Whether relaxing, playing and grilling in the spacious garden, as a starting point for excursions in summer or for great skiing days in winter, well-being is our first priority.

The bright apartment (approx. 65 sqm) in the basement offers plenty of space and comfort for living and sleeping. We are centrally located in the double holiday paradise Altenmarkt/Zauchensee. Fantastic summer experiences: cycling and hiking trails, mountain lakes, golfing nearby (4 km), spa with sauna landscape (1.5 km) Seating, as well as bicycle parking spaces are freely available behind the house. The town centre is a 7-minute walk away. We look forward to welcoming you at our hotel:)

Our house was built in the 1950’s. We did a total refurbishment in 2018 but the vintage style remains, leaving the old windows, doors and floors inside this charming home. It is located 45 min. south of Salzburg in the central Austrian Alps, which is a great base for skiing, cross country, hiking & biking. Eben’s family friendly ski resort “Monte Popolo” is very close and famous ski resorts like Flachau/Wagrain, Zauchensee, Obertauern & Schladming/Reiteralm are only a few minutes away.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Das Apartment besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Dusche und 1 Küche. Das 3te Zimmer wird ab einer Buchung für 5 oder mehr Personen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir bieten auch einen Feuerplatz für ein Lagerfeuer und eine Lounge im Freien. Die Wohnung befindet sich in unserem Haus im ersten Stock mit eigener abschließbarer Tür. Das Dreibettzimmer befindet sich auf der gleichen Etage des Apartments, jedoch muss das Zimmer über das Treppenhaus betreten werden.
