The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Lovely peaceful get away from it all in an area of natural outstanding beauty, yet just ten minutes drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, with all the culture, bars, restaurants and shops. The pretty village of Lamberhurst has lots of pubs to offer, with top quality food and local ales. Trains to London are 1 hour from Frant station. A Cosy Cottage With A Fabulous View Close To TW.

This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs or children under 16 . Our new cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly. There is an electric car charger for electric cars (payable before charging)
