Best suited for a couple with 1 double bed in the bedroom. Chair-bed suitable for child or small adult for £20 extra. Travel cot available on request. Well-behaved pets welcome but NOT to be left on their own, garden is enclosed but not secure. Complimentary breakfast for the first morning, plus tea, coffee and condiments. Recently refurbished, two bedroom self-contained house, with private off road parking. Situated close to Dundee city centre, fantastic base to explore Dundee and the surrounding areas, with excellent transportation links. The fantastic newly opened V&A Museum and Dundee Waterfront is only a few minutes drive. Close to lovely fishing village of Broughty Ferry, with its beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. Golfers would be delighted with both St Andrews and Carnoustie a short drive away.

This comfortable second floor, two-bedroom city centre apartment overlooks the Caird Hall in the City Square in Dundee. The apartment is ideally suited to those wishing to spend a week or longer in Dundee . Short stays are available occasionally but a special request must be sent. Being in the centre of the city there is a a great choice of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Lead booker must be over 21. Not suitable for those who cannot manage stairs. The apartment is in an LEZ zone.

The cottage is a recently renovated (completed April 2018) luxury holiday home just 3 miles from the ancient town of St. Andrews. The house comprises one bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. We would say it’s ‘small but perfectly formed’ or ‘bijou’! The cottage is set within a quiet village just a short drive from all of the amenities St. Andrews has to offer, yet rural enough to enjoy its peaceful countryside setting! Perfect for couples and small families.

1 bed ground floor flat in the heart of the ferry. Most flexible cancellation policy. The garden is accessible for dogs but not suitable for sitting in at present. Situated in a quiet location within the original fishing community of the town, it lies close to many attractive bars, restaurants & traditional shops. It is an ideal base for the new V&A The flat had a bathroom refurbishment recently. We also have 2 bed cottage.
