Just minutes walking from Pike Place Market, Post Alley, Waterfront Park, Bubble Gum Wall, The Aquarium, Showbox, and Seattle Art Museum! Stadiums and Space Needle are a short 5 minute drive. Ferry Access and public transportation both close by. Amazing restaurants and shops just steps away. I can park 1 car free! Dog park on site! Luxurious sweet studio condominium 14 ft high ceiling, with wall of windows bathed in natural light. An historic brick facade (concrete/steel) building. On the best Seattle street. Restaurants, coffee shop, bars, shopping, and Pike Place Market are all in the immediate area. Some of the cruise ship docks are nearby. This is an end unit in a square shape (not skinny) super comfy space with a full kitchen and bath amenities. A parking spot in the secure garage. Arrival/departure can be flexible.

A Bright Contemporary Condo right on the Seattle waterfront facing the Puget Sound. If you love looking at the ocean then my place is for you. Its a very calming experience to look out of the windows. Watch the ferries and ships go by right in front of the living room. Ideal location within walking distance from Pike Place Market (5mins), Seattle Aquarium (across the street), the Seattle Ferris wheel, sculpture park etc. Only waterfront community in Seattle and next to Marriot on waterfront.

Perfect little pied-à-terre with Space Needle view in an historic building, with easy access to everything Seattle has to offer!
