This May Be the Nicest Suite in Jacksonville

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Comfy, Cozy San Marco Gem

Everyone is raving about our San Marco apartment! We've been offering it since late July, 2019 and have been so pleased with the response. It has been wonderful to host great guests from so many different places. Located on a nice street near the St. Johns River, you'll find the unit puts you close to sports, entertainment, restaurants and medical facilities. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people. There is enough room in either the living room or foyer to put an air mattress. Come stay with us!

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.
