The place with a unique character, created by our beloved Dutch friend to make it comfortable. You can rest there and spend wonderful time by the fire place or in the spacious garden. The beach is 3 min. walk. There is fiberoptic WiFi, Jukebox, table football, board games. See nice view from the terrace -corn plantation and our big garden. The woods - 10 mn. walk. There is children playground, we have big BBQ. Shop is 5 min. walk. The wood is free, as the place is heated by fire place.

We are a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Chos promenade. Nearby Biedronka shop, pubs and restaurants. It is possible to rent a neighboring apartment and come with two families. I look forward to welcoming you to this enchanted place. I'll share some storieswith you. There wasa little girl who was dreaming of owning their own tiny house to play with. Her father made the dream come true onthe day, and built her cottage. It was 18 years ago and it was a year ago that the cottage was renovated to make people happy. I wish I had felt like I could be on my own, and found this little child here who found room to his dream.

The house is over 100 years old, squeaks , buzzes, and makes sounds . The location behind the village, in the middle of the fields and meadows, in the wilderness, "behind " a private forest, the second building is constantly inhabited. A few minutes walk ( across the road ) to the Ramucka Forest. The place is quiet, but you can hear tractors during the harvest. It's idyllic. The house is not suitable for infants.

Top floor, ( elevator) stylish studio apartment (open space style 35 square meters ) with small balcony and great views. Great location, 8 minutes walk to the Old Town!! A sparkling clean studio in the very center, in a historic building with high ceilings and views of the city square,on the fourth (last!) floor, but there's an elevator!
