A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. A stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment with fully kitted open plan kitchen, tea/coffee and nespresso machine, hairdryer, 2 x TV, ironing board and iron. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Circa 1830 this is an old Toll House adjacent to Donington Park Race Track, East Midlands Airport, Loughborough, Nottingham & Derby University. I offer free car parking on my driveway whilst you are on holiday. It is 8 minutes walk to the airport free terminal bus so you can drop people off then leave your car on the drive and walk back. A perfect place to just relax and spend some quality time together. It’s also excellently located next to the M1 & M42 for business use with good internet speed

Cosy first floor apartment set in the beautiful Charnwood Forest countryside close to local amenities and a 25 min walk from the local village pub. The town and Supermarkets are a 5 minuet drive away. East Midlands Airport & Donington Race track only 10 minuet drive away. M1 Junction 23 is 3 miles. The Stables is above unused stables and a perfect retreat for a few nights away. The farmhouse and hosts are on the other side of the yard with no view of the stable block hence its very private.

Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.
