The Cottage

Cozy renovated and clean little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.

Great value for the space! No SPI prices. We have listed the small apartment behind the main house on Airbnb for years. With our kids all grown, we travel a bit more and we are placing our main house on Airbnb. We are making 2 bedrooms available. The main suite will be locked and not available for use. The garage is also off-limits as we may leave a car or two parked. Enjoy a fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, full kitchen, breakfast area, dinning room, mud room, screened patio and backyard.
