Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. You can expect a 75 sqm, modern and cosy attic studio, in which up to 5 people can comfortably stay and spend the night. The studio is located in the attic of a former country inn and lies directly on the idyllic village pond. We are 24 km from the centre of Munich (Marienplatz) and centrally located between the A8 and A95 motorways. Shopping and refreshment facilities are in the direct vicinity. You are also welcome to relax in our garden by the pond.

In-law in the new wooden house with terrace

Our wooden house was completed in the summer 21st. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood sprouts you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house way, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the warmth out and in winter it is nice and warm. Enter and breathe deeply in this quiet location.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
