Darlinghurst Road is right down the road, offering countless number of nightclubs, bars and theatres. Walking distance to Sydney's City Centre and Kingscross train station. Great location to explore Sydney's main attractions including Opera house, Harbour bridge, Darling Harbour, Bondi beach and George & Pitt Streets where major retail brands resides. Just a short 15-minute walk to Sydney's CBD and a 7-minute walk to Kings Cross Station. The famous Opera House is only 30mins scroll away. Some of Sydney's major attractions such as Darling harbour, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Bondi beach, Sydney Fish Market, Rushcutters bay, Wooloomooloo Harbourside, Barangaroo Waterfront and Manly are easily accessible. Public transportations (includes trains, buses, light rail and ferries), Taxis, Uber, GoGet and car rentals are readily available in the immediate vicinity. I highly recommend grabbing an Opal card for all Sydney Public Transportations as it will save you time and money (pick up at any train station counter or kiosk with the opal flag, free of charge just requires minimum $10 top up). ** Please note, parking is NOT provided, and I do not recommend renting a car as Sydney central is limited and parking fees are absurdly high. However, if you require parking, there is paid street parking as well as paid parking near by, from AU$50 per day (both options subject to availability) which you will need to arrange yourself. There are limited free street - parking available after 10pm and before 8am. I highly recommend using public trains/buses/ferry to get around, however, Uber/ Taxify, taxis and GoGet are other options (for Uber use promo: uberTinan37 for first timers and save $5 or for Taxify: HX47Q and you can save $10 on your first ride). You will be required to download the app and register first. *** Please book under your own Airbnb account - will not accept reservations on behalf of others.*** * Smoking is prohibited in the apartment & building. Should you wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area located on the ground floor of the building. Smoking in the apartment will incur an automatic penalty of AU$500.00 * Please note, there is no luggage storage on premises. * Please ensure you take the keys before leaving the apartment, lockouts will cause a lot of inconvenience as well as an additional fee charged to have the locksmith come to open the door. Lost or damage keys will incur a fee of AU$120.00 to replace. *I also can provide a mobile broadband during your time in Sydney, at an additional one-off fee of AU$25.00 (24hrs notice required and paid in advance). *I can arrange a shuttle bus to the airport for you to be picked up in front of the lobby for AU$20.00 per person between 5am - 7.30pm. Situated in one of the most cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Australia, it is a vibrant inner-urban community with grand old Art Deco buildings and harbour-side parks. It's walking distance to the city through the Botanic Gardens. Our home is well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need. Welcome to our gorgeous apartment in the heart of Sydney's most stylish neighbourhood, Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The apartment is located on the entry level of a secure building, faces north with tranquil garden views. Although very central the apartment is located in a quiet, leafy street. The studio is fashionably decorated and is styled with captivating and dynamic contemporary Australian Indigenous art. Our apartment comfortably fits two people with a real (and comfortable) queen size bed, but can easily accommodate a 3rd guest on the large sofa. On arrival please make yourself at home. I have left a tray with essentials bread, milk, etc or there is a bottle of Australian wine in the fridge. Designed and equipped for Airbnb visitors, the apartment is surrounded by walking streets, shopping, cafes and restaurants in an attractive village style area. The weekend markets are full of organic produce, quirky street shopping & more great coffee! Metro buses & trains are only minutes away, although it's only a short walk to the city and surrounds. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to harbour side, Beare and Rushcutters Bay parks, tennis courts and marina. It is 5 - 15 minutes walk to galleries, and the retail and restaurant precincts of Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo and Potts Point. We provide a computer/internet/wi fi/television for use, plus a few notable books and guides that will introduce you to Australian/Sydney life and culture. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and essential foodstuffs for your visit. Towels and fresh linen are provided and the bathroom is stocked with a variety of toiletries and many handy items to enhance your visit if you should need them. The bathroom includes a washing machine/dryer & hairdryer and powerpoint in the cupboard. There is a very long full length mirror in the hallway. The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, clean and safe. There is also a roof top garden area for views of surrounding regions and embodies an outdoor, more casual roof-top garden atmosphere. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We will try to meet you as you arrive to give the grande tour plus leave you the keys. However, my busy academic schedule precludes being available all of the time. I visit the Western Desert regularly. Details will be provided at time of booking. There is one set of keys, two keys to the set. Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench when you leave. We will always be available via phone or email (even when we are outside of Sydney metro region). In the event of an emergency, you will find a list of contact details in the house manual. I'm available on email, text message or by phone (if I'm not in a meeting!). I pride myself on being responsive. Within easy reach of Sydney's cultural attractions, but sheltered in picturesque surroundings, Elizabeth Bay is a relaxed neighbourhood with a wonderful array of boutique shops, noteworthy restaurants, cosy cafes, and organic farmers' markets. The apartment is set in a quiet leafy street in an inner-city area of Sydney, about two kilometres east of the CBD, central to the fashionable suburbs of Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. Walk just about everywhere. I prefer to walk everywhere - is the perfect place to start exploring what the city has to offer. Transport options are abundant. Bus stop is located 2 mins from the apartment. Kings cross train station is a short 5min stroll from the studio and there is abundance of taxis around. Plenty of choices! Although designed for the comfort of Airbnb visitors, the small studio apartment is also treated as our home away from home. As my daughter (in New York) and myself (Hawkesbury region on the outskirts of Sydney) frequently stay in Sydney, we have endeavoured to make the space as comfortable and stylish as possible for our stopovers and short breaks. We hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do. Within easy reach of Sydney's cultural attractions, but sheltered in picturesque surroundings, Rushcutte Bay is a relaxed neighbourhood with a wonderful array of boutique shops, noteworthy restaurants, cosy cafes, and organic farmers' markets. Sophisticated, Boutique Pop Art Inspired Apartment

Upon entry, you are greeted with a light and open hall. Lined with classic, print from some of Hollywood’s greatest productions, you are lead into the main communal area. If you're tired of exploring the city or after a long day at the office, then why not just kick back and relax on the comfortable sofa that greats you. The lounge area includes the aforementioned sofa to unwind on as well as relaxing executive chair that can be extended into a single sofa bed and an impressive Samsung smartTV which will allow you to access all your on-demand content such as Netflix, stan and SBS to name a few (no discrimination to those not listed). Wifi is obviously provided and this includes unlimited data. We all have to eat and on that topic, you will be happy to find a modern and fully equipped kitchen that has everything you would expect from an apartment of this quality. An integrated gas hob with electric oven and dishwasher are only the start. Coffee machine to help raise you on a morning, stainless appliances, microwave, toaster, rice cooker you have it all, including complete cooking utensils and if you arrive late on the first day we have stocked the cupboards with basics and also provided organic bread, milk, butter, eggs and fresh orange juice to make that 1st breakfast a little less stressful. Did I mention those stunning Andy Warhol Chanel prints? The lounge area flows into a spacious Sun Room that you will find divided into 2 spaces a dining area with a large oak table that can comfortably seat 4 and a dedicated workspace. The workspace is readily prepared with an additional monitor (HDMI, DVI & VGA) USB keyboard and mouse, printer and I’ve even included some paper experience has shown a printer is useless without this. Back down the hall and the first door takes you into the spacious Bathroom, pristine white fixtures and a large waterfall showerhead. Fresh towels as well as complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided and should you need there are additional towels located in the large wardrobe located in the bedroom. The bathroom also houses the laundry area with both separate dryer and washer, washing powder can be located under the bathroom sink. The final room is the master suite complete with a luxurious queen-sized bed topped with crisp cotton linen, through and cushions. The room is illuminated by an elegant glass chandelier from the ceiling and 2 vintage style squirrel cage bedside lamps. Ample storage is provided in the form of an oversized built-in wardrobe hidden behind 2 floor to ceiling sliding mirrored doors, hangers are provided so no need to worry about creased clothing and you will also find an iron and ironing board in the right-hand wardrobe. The opposite side of the room has a dark wood 3 drawer dresser with a large illuminated mirror above. There is a hairdryer located in the bottom drawer should you have by accident left your at home, I decided to include this little touch after falling for that mistake myself. Conclusion: The apartment is equipped with anything you might need (and more) to make sure your stay a pleasurable and enjoyable experience, anything missing then like any hospitable host I will do my best to assist 😊 You have the entire apartment to your self to enjoy, make yourself at home 🏡 I make every effort to greet guests on arrival, I don’t want you to have any questions unanswered or feel in the dark. During your stay, I am generally in town and just in the next suburb over so if you need anything I can (and will!) usually sort you out quick smart. The flat is in the Stanmore neighbourhood, four miles from the CBD. It's close to independent cafes serving fresh coffee, Italian food with an Australian twist (Norton Street), and the Camperdown Oval. It's only 15 minutes to the Opera House. The Apartment has excellent public transport links and street parking is a plenty and unrestricted. This is a new listing and offered at an introductory price I hope your stay is everying you would hope for...

Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.
