Argyle Cottage is very cosy! A fully self contained house close to the hospital and a short stroll to the main street. It is surrounded by a beautiful verandah that looks out onto a cottage garden. A/C thru out,ceiling fans, tv, bbq, linen and undercover parking. Walking in the mountains or a visit to the observatory, viewing the dark skies or a drive to the Sculptures in the Pilliga or perhaps a visit to Pilliga Pottery , Argyle Cottage provides a home away from home to return to and relax.

Earth n Timber

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. Ten minute drive from town, a short drive to a Flora Reserve, close to the Warrumbungles National Park, night skys. Dubbo attractions only 50 minutes drive. Wonderful Orana Cactus Garden, Gilgandra visitor centre with new exhibitions regularly added, historical items too many to list including the Howard rotary hoe. Coffee shops with delicious food and unique shops worth a visit only minutes away. A quite place to rest, explore a day or two or overnight.

Castlereagh Cottage is a recently renovated 4 bed home nestled in the heart of Mendooran. A fireplace and firepit outside ensures a beautiful country ambience. Full kitchen including a coffee machine, laundry facilities and the super comfy beds can be kings or singles. A spacious block of 1/2 acre allows ample parking and the back deck is great for a cuppa to listen to the morning bird life or a social evening with a beer or wine. Soak up the 🌞 and enjoy our property on over 100 acres. Sit on the deck at sunset and watch kangaroos hop in the paddock. Nothing disturbs you other than chirping birds, a family of beautiful blue ren making it their home. Outdoor spa room is perfect for those hot summer days. 60% of the property is bush which has a 5km track to walk or ride in your own private bush. At night get the board games out, or sit by the indoor fire and put on Netflix. Coonabarabran is 35mins. Coolah is 25mins.

Timor Lodge offers a comfortable and unique space for a couple (2 people max) in the self-contained north facing front section of the house. The property was the former local Masonic Lodge which has been considerately converted into a comfortable residence. Enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces this home provides.
