Cute renovated Queenslander, old but comfy. Short walk to the Pub, Convenience store and creek.. you will be close to everything Finch Hatton has to offer. A short 3 min drive to amazing swimming holes and only 5 mins to pristine rainforest walks. 10 minutes up the hill to Eungella National Park which is the best known spot in the world to see a Platypus. The home is 2 bedroom with a Queen Bed and 2 Singles. It has one bathroom and 2 toilets. A BBQ and patio out the back for entertaining.

Take it easy at this unique and eco friendly getaway. Sit back and relax and enjoy the natural beauties of the pioneer valley, with all power sourced from the sun and water from the rain water tanks it is completely off grid. Just a few meters from the granny flat is a herd of friendly sheep and 2 maremma dogs (chuck and Lacey), you are more then welcome to wander over to them. This location is also within minutes of the start of the mountain bike track and close to the finch hatton gorge.

My place is close to great views and plenty of wildlife. It is great for romantic getaways or exploring the rainforest to see birds, platypus in the creek at Broken River or just to hang out. The name "Eungella" means "land of cloud" so when you wake up in the morning you will likely be surrounded by thick cooling cloud which clears by about 9am to a beautiful sunny day with the wildlife just waiting to be discovered! Eungella is over an hour from Mackay.
