Entire home located in downtown Dalhart, Texas on historic red brick street. Central location is convenient walking distance to city park, coffee shop, boutiques and lunch. We are updating this gorgeous old home. Currently renting this out as 2 bedroom while we renovate the 3rd bedroom. House is available two large sleeping rooms 1 with a king size bed and 2nd with 2 twin beds (and a twin size trundle bed drawer for an additional sleeping area for a total of 3 twin sized beds)

This apartment is in a fully renovated building that was built as a hotel for the railroad in 1913. The kitchen has cooking utensils and there is a grocery store in Clayton, NM, which is ten miles away. Entry is through the middle door at the front of the building.
