We are a mother-daughter duo from Cyprus looking forward to hosting you in a beautiful, new, fully equipped, clean, 2 BR 2 BATH condo with 2 pools, fast wi-fi and Netflix near the Ayia Napa area. The condo is located in Paralimni, within a 10 min walk from downtown and from April 1st Avenue, where there are grocery stores and various services. The towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras are about 12 min by car. We have numerous returning guests and are registered with Cyprus’ Deputy of Ministry Tourism.

This newly renovated two-storey Beach House is 1min walking distance from beautiful Green Bay Beach famous for crystal clean waters and Cavo Maris Beach, with 2 sporting centres and water sports facilities (water ski, scuba diving etc). All beach photos in the listing are from the beaches 2-4 min walk from the house. The house is also a 5-7min drive from the Protaras boulevard (Fig Tree Bay beach etc), 5 min drive to Cape Greko (Konnos beach) and 10min drive to Ayia Napa (Nissi beach etc).
