Wunderschönes großes, liebevoll eingerichtetes 1-Zimmer-Studio (35m²) mit großer Küchenzeile und Bad für 2 erwachsene Personen ohne Kinder/Babys in ruhiger Lage direkt an der Nordsee und dem Grünstrand von Altenbruch. Unser Haus liegt in einem parkähnlichen Garten von 7.000m² und ist umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern. Abseits vom Touristenrummel kann man hier wunderbar seine Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Der Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad sind es ca. 30 Min.

Light-filled oceanfront country house with a fireplace

In my house you should feel comfortable. During the renovation in 2022, I followed the modern country house style. Wooden floorboards on both levels, fireplace in the large living/dining area, and a natural stone countertop in the kitchen create a special, natural atmosphere. Large windows guarantee light-filled rooms at any time of the day. The play room impresses the children with numerous toys including a swing. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.
