We offer outstanding views across the Kyle of Sutherland and are situated in quiet countryside. A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It is set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks straight from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the bothy has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons this may not be the place for you!

Relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife at this unique location, secluded amongst scots pine and birch trees with stunning views, close to the NC 500 and also right on the door step of a Corbet and a Munro for hill walking. There is a beautiful walk around the river blackwater just minutes from the cabin with falls and old bridges. Juniper Hut 500

Wood lined hut set in woodland in a peaceful location with a pond nearby but with easy access to Inverness, North Coast 500 and the west coast. It has spectacular views of Ben Wyvis where the sun sets at night. This is a new hut we have built next door to our Red Hut 500 which has been so successful but it has the benefit of a small kitchen. The Hot tub is booked separately and paid for on arrival, the hot tub is £50 per night with a minimum of 2 nights

'The Tractor Shed' is a renovated 1860's steading situated on a small farm on the Black Isle just a mile off the A9 and NC500 route. The cosy house sits in the centre of the farmyard.
