Studio located in the center of Playa De Las Américas 150 meters from the beach overlooking the sea and island of La Gomera.(sixth floor). On the same side of the central bus station and at a distance view of SIAM PARK and MAGMA convention center. Restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Studio with sea view, very comfortable sofa bed and extra bed (possible child). Bathroom shower tray, American kitchen with all the utensils to cook ceramic glass 2 fires microwave fridge. Flat screen television national and international channels, DVD ,air conditioning. Terrace with table and chairs and clothesline. I am a tourist guide of the Canary Islands so I can inform you of all places of interest on the island(s) . As well as booking rental cars and /or excursions. My wife Toom ,from Thailand is a therapist and can on request in a place near the pool conditioned for the purpose of giving oriental massages at much more affordable prices than in the massage and wellness centers of the hotels. And why not for a special evening a typical Thai dinner catering!!!! The south of Tenerife has the eternal spring you can stay all year with very pleasant temperatures. Community pool,parking and garden area.

Exquisite Ambiance in Tenerife Sur.

Beautiful semi-detached house, on one level with private garden and porch, perfect for romantic getaways, situated in a private and very quiet residential area. There are lots of common areas and a solar-panel heated pool. This apartment has been completely refurbished with a minimalist and modern style. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD 26" TV, and a large wardrobe. Living-room with a 42" LCD TV, home cinema (with option of connecting to a laptop) and a very comfortable sofa. It has an American-style fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and ambient lighting throughout the house. Located in the south of Tenerife with 85% sunny days per year and an average temperature of 25º. 100 meters from the apartment there is a stunning inlet and natural pool, and about 2 kilometers from a protected natural area where you can go hiking, snorkeling, and swim with giant turtles!

Lovely studio. quiet and reserved, with ocean view in Costa Adeje. Located in a residence with a swimming pool on the top floor and offering a wonderful view of the ocean. Panoramic lift to reach the apartment and the swimming pool. Equipped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Sunny peace es un espacio muy tranquilo, de facil accesibilidad, tiene mucha luz, es pequeño pero acogedor, desde la terraza se ve el mar, recien reformado, comodo, la playa a 15minutos caminando, 5 min. en coche , parada de autobus en la misma calle, un centro comercial con supermercado y tiendas a 650 metros, un parque acuático a 1,3km, hay una parada de taxi a 200 metros,en la misma calle,farmacias cerca.
