Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 foot waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace and tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall & makes for a refreshing spot for you & your pup to wade away the day. The property is surrounded by State Forest & there are no visible neighbors. Dog friendly!

The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock with a paddle boat. The pond is out of my control. East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

The cabin sits on 5 acres of land and has so much privacy. We are 15 miles from "Pretty Place Chapel" and there are 3 state parks within 10 miles that include hundreds of waterfalls and trails. The cabin is surrounded by so many outdoor activities to take advantage of! If you like camping, this is camping with a flare. Cottage at Gear Down

Southern Comfort at it's finest. Country living with easy access to all the art, music, and food that Brevard has to offer. Perfect for mountain bikers and hikers! Just twenty minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to Dupont State Forest. We took the 1950 cabin, home to the legendary bootlegger Clyde McCall, lifted it up and put a new footer, foundation, and sun room addition. Next, we set it back down and totally refurbished from the studs out. Everything is new inside and out.

Tranquility Oak is located on Lake Wanteska inside Connestee Falls, a gated community in the Western North Carolina mountain town of Brevard (20 minutes to downtown and 60 minutes to Asheville). Enjoy the private dock, swimming, fishing, and paddle boating down at the lake. Breathe in the mountain air while enjoying the views from either the upper or lower deck. The house also has ping pong, a pool table, darts, and air hockey for those lazy days enjoyed inside.
