Our semi rural location is only a 3 mile drive from the M6/and just off the A75, the perfect stop over to break up any car journey. Our 1 bed Annex is nestled away in our garden and we provide parking on our driveway for 1 car. Accessed via our garden and private entrance door the annex consists of a double bed, log burner, sofa area, shower room and kitchen/dining area.

The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or stargazing.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes.
