Private apartment 10 min to Salem!

This private entrance basement apartment is within a 1/2 mile to several beautiful Beverly beaches. Downtown Beverly is about a 10 to 15 minute pleasant walk. It offers great restaurants and cafes. Live entertainment is happening almost nightly at the Larcom and Cabot theaters. Endicott College is 1 mile away. Downtown Salem is about a ten minute drive from here. The train to Boston, Salem, or Rockport is about a mile away. Plenty of safe street parking is available in front of my house.

2nd floor apt, located on Pleasant St, the main road into Historic downtown Marblehead. Cute deck, main entrance to apt is off the deck. The apt is only minutes walk from great restaurants, gym, yoga studio, bike /running trail. 15 min walk to the beach (4 min drive) and historic downtown and uptown where you will find tons of really great shops. The apt is tastefully decorated and is quiet.see house rules Dogs are very welcome, but need to be house trained + friendly with other dogs/people.

Enjoy your own space in downtown Marblehead (Shipyard District), close to Old Town, yacht clubs, and Devereaux Beach. This is a separate space within a larger house. Please note that the ceilings are fairly low (this is Marblehead, after all), and the space is the downstairs of a three level house. Anyone over about 6 foot 1 inch will need to watch their head.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED - CHILDREN UNDER 12 NOT ALLOWED . This is due to Insurance requirements. This private suite is located in the heart of our historic seaside town. Very close walking distance to all Marblehead has to offer, including Devereaux Beach, Seaside Park, historical sites, galleries, multiple restaurants, and shops. Ten minute drive to downtown Salem. This suite is separate from the main house. When my granddaughters stayed over night, they called it their apartment.
