Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy the countryside and being outdoors, walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.

Dating from 1762, this beautiful stone cottage is full of period features, beamed ceilings and a huge inglenook fireplace. Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with pull down screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The surroundings are wonderful, we even have a lake for fishing, swimming or perhaps kayaking. You may also be interested in Tyn Llyn. The cottage is located in the rural hamlet of Cefn Brith, just 1.5 miles outside the village of Cerrigydrudion. The cottage is surrounded by stunning countryside views of Snowdonia National Park. Recently refurbished, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, small patio area to the front but not gate to the front of the house.
