Great location in town on the edge of the forest. Trail from cabin leads to Deer Creek Tribute Trail System and suspension bridge across Deer Creek Canyon. (AllTrails>Nevada City> Deer Creek Tribute Trail). Park right in front. Extra room for RV or boat. Cozy loft has queen bed, window and skylight; access by a six-step ladder. Convertible couch easily and quickly converts to flat bed. After you check out, you are welcome to leave your car safely near the cabin and return later to pick it up.

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. We try to let you feel like we aren't even there!
