A lovely french cottage, all main rooms on ground floor, One bedroom with King Size Bed and single bed living area with wood burner also dining area, there is also mezzanine with books and games. towels and bedding are provided. The kitchen has washer, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, caffetiere and kettle. coffee, tea sugar and milk are provided 10 minute drive to Carhaix and Huelgoat, we are located in the countryside. 45 minute drive to most beaches in Finistere, Roscoff + Brest

The house is situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The house is surrounded by a private garden. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. Cosy atmosphere for this barn completely renovated in 2019. Located in an old farm from the beginning of the 19th century, it combines both the modern and the old (bread oven, stone wall...).
