This is a 2nd floor apartment set at the edge of the sound side marsh, yet moments from the ocean - 3 blocks. It has great views of wetland birds and possible glimpses of deer in the yard. It is a place for family and friends to relax, grill on the deck, play board games, watch a movie or star gaze from the deck in the evening. At the end of the street there is a large playground for the little ones who still have energy left after a day at the beach.

The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private.
