A beautiful villa with your own private pool and ocean views from the deck (can see Mallorca on a clear day!). It has 3 bedrooms (2 large doubles and 1 large twin) plus a fold out sofa. There are 2 wonderful outdoor eating areas and 7 private sunbeds. Air con included. Location is ideal, a 10 minute walk to the beach, a few minutes walk from the buzzing restaurants/bars, as well as 4min walk to the famous cave bar. This lovely villa is within walking distance of the centre of Calan Porter and its beautiful beach, it has been renovated to a good standard but still retains typical Spanish charm. It has 3 bedrooms including a King size with an en suite bathroom a double and a twin. in addition to the en suite there is a family bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher , washing machine ,cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, together with all the usual facilities.
