Of course there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a front garden, which can be used in the summer months for sitting and barbecue. The apartment has a cellar where you can store your skis or bikes. There is also an outdoor parking space in front of the house. Everything in the city center, yet close to natural beauty.

You can expect absolute tranquility in the middle of nature in the house in the forest. You have your own holiday home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and adjacent Lake Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. It is heated with 2 wood stoves, who wants can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

The apartment is located on the second floor. It consists of entrance hall, bedroom, children's room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. A cot, dining chair, potty and bathtub are also available. The journey to the center takes about 5 minutes. There are several grocery stores, restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Bed linen and towels are always available. In case of using your own bed linen, there is a 250 CZK discount!! I recommend taking a swimsuit with you (Aquapark approx. 30 km)
