Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Beautiful, cozy in-law in the middle of Achern city center. The apartment can be rented for 2 adults with 1 child. You can relax and use in our beautifully landscaped garden. Bakery, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Here in Achern you will find numerous cultural and sports activities in the immediate vicinity (outdoor pool, excavator lakes, city garden,...) Chic 1 bedroom apartment centrally located

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the famous Lichtenthaler Allee . Bus stop 1 minute . Walking distance downtown 12 min. It is located on the 2 floor in the back of the building, very quietly located view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor ,USB socket , high speed Internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not allowed. Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 to be paid at check-in per person per day.

Our accommodation, according to the motto "small but fine“, is located in the small Sasbach forest surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. Feel comfortable in our apartment at the foot of the Black Forest. You live quietly on the edge of the city center. Shops, restaurants, cafes, as well as a great children's playground are within walking distance in a few minutes. Achern is conveniently located between the Rhine and the mountains and between Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. Nearby are ski lifts, trails, hiking and cycling trails.

Schwarzwald lodge with infrarot sauna

Our Black Forest Lodge is in the back of the property and was completed in August 2020. The house has infrared sauna. Now we have lovingly furnished it with many great details. A place to relax.
