A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Immaculate Selly Oak Home- Cadbury’s, Uni, QE City

A lovely refurbished home offering a stay for up to 4 Nr University of Birmingham, Cadbury World, close to train / bus links to city centre. The house is cosy for 4 people so probably only suited to 4 for a short stay (although 4 guests have happily stayed longer!). The road is in a quiet residential area so no parties or loud noise please. Shops, restaurants & pubs 5 min walk. Railway line behind the houses opposite but noise from this is minimal & house is double glazed.
