A charming guest cottage of 22 sqm with sofa bed and sleeping loft in the countryside. Around the house there is a chicken coop, garden and views of scenic Taxinge. On the property there is a pool that is heated by solar collectors, so the water temperature varies with the weather. With less than 2 km to Taxinge Castle, there are good opportunities to experience the “cake castle” through a walk or short drive. Great starting point for traveling around and discovering the nature of Södermanland, but also Storstockholm.

Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed for two in living room. Small house with queen size bed, stargazet tent 19 sqm with two double beds. Suitable for events, company events or just nice friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not. House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

The apartment is located 4 minuts from the closest subway and 10 minuts from one of the bigger buss stops (Gullmarsplan) where all the night busses stop. It is very easy and fast to get to the centralstation (12 minuts). The apartment has a very cosy feeling and the era is very calm and quiet which can be unusual for living so close to the city. The apartment has recently been renovated and remodel. This is a perfect calm space to stay for at short term visit in Stockholm Sweden!
