A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Stylish self contained annex, fabulous sea view.

Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Sunny double studio 1min to beach available again!

Fab double studio with one double bed in curtained off alcove for that fourposter feel and 1 sofabed 2 single chair bed Sleeps upto 6 (just!) Bright and sunny 1min from beach. We boast a bath & shower as well as a well appointed kitchen. Lower ground floor flat. Foodies will love Sugardough bakery, the Better Half Pub, n Marroccos legendary ice cream parlour & Italian restaurant (all under 2 mins away!). We have wifi now too! If you are looking for a one night stay during the week let me know!

Apartment for 3 close to A27/23+ free parking

This is a compact private area within the ground floor of our house with its own front door and parking outside. It is located in north Brighton in a quiet residential area so please be mindful of our neighbours. Sleeping arrangements are one double bed in the bedroom and one double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area. The apartment has direct access to our sunny garden with your own patio. NB -there is a railway line deep cutting close by and you will hear trains passing during the day.

Self contained room with ensuite, close to station

This lovely studio room with an ensuite shower room is a comfy self contained space. The bed is a 6ft wide Super King. There is a remote operated black out blind and a silent fridge. We are in the centre of Brighton but we are up a steep hill from the station! The room is part of our home where we live and our kitchen is above. We aim to keep as quiet as we possibly can (90% plus reviews confirm this) but maybe don’t book if you require 100% silence all morning :-).

Wooden cabin with fab views, private access and garden tucked away behind our cottage. Ideal for walkers/cyclists - just come down from the Southdowns Way when you get to the historic village of Fulking in the National Park - we're at the foot of the escarpment. Basic ingredients for breakfast/hot drinks provided for walkers. Wifi, TV, netflix, hot shower, comfy bed, excellent pub close by. Spectacular scenery and walks leading in all directions from the doorstep!
