Irene’s Dream is a brand new beautifully equipped home with Hottub, WiFi & full Sky TV package inc. Sky Sports. Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. The Tarka Trail is literally on our doorstep, beaches are a 10 min drive away WE PREFER NO BIG ADULT ONLY GROUPS THIS IS 4 BEDROOMED HOME BUT MAX No OF ADULTS STAYING AT ONE TIME IS 6+ CHILDREN respecting our neighbours is our priority

The Lodge

The Lodge is a small, independent base from which you can enjoy beautiful North Devon. Braunton is a vibrant village within easy walking distance and has plenty of cafes, takeaways, shops, pubs and restaurants. The surfing sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough are only a short drive away, as is Saunton Golf Club and Braunton Burrows, the largest sand dune system in England. The bus stop to the beaches or to Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and beyond is at the bottom of the road.

Completed in November 2016, Seabreeze is a 3 bedroom semi detached house. Everything inside from carpets to cutlery was brand new and has been kept at a high standard since. Westward Ho! has many family friendly amenities, stunning beach and is ideally located to explore the wonders of North Devon. For families there is a wealth of local attractions to keep everyone happy or if you're escaping from hustle and bustle there are beautiful beaches, coves, coastal walks or our delightful moors.

A newly refurbished, open-plan, modern home situated in a private, tree-lined Avenue within walking distance of the amenities of Braunton village. With contemporary design throughout, this home meets all your needs for a luxury stay. It features a secluded, landscaped courtyard garden with dining area and bbq, and a 5-seater hot tub/spa. Sorry, no pets. This property is catering for families looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, and is not suitable for partying. Thank you.
