Spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the wider center of Bratislava. Just a 8 min. walk to a mall, Kuchajda lake and a tram stop. Apartment has a balcony and a loggia. Orientation of the apartment is north-south. Set in a quiet location with free parking. The apartment is on the second floor in an apartment building with no elevator. Within walking distance are the Hockey Stadium, National Football Stadium, NTC Arena and swimming pools. Grocery, pharmacy, and bus stop are just 3 minutes walk away.

Food store, farmers market with 30 restaurants just 300m far, Parking is free only on weekend, right at the gate. Non-smoking place. We desinfect and use high temp washed laundry.

Neighborhood A cozy home suitable for 2-3 people near Lake Draždiak (5 min walk), where it is also possible to do sports such as water bikes and paddle boards. There are also various summer buffets and access directly to the bike path. In this quiet location there is an excellent pastry shop right below the house. The apartment has a double bed (+ one bed), built-in wardrobe, washing machine, Orange TV and internet, Home Office corner and fully equipped kitchen.
