Beautiful 1 Bedroom Studio in town center

The newly renovated studio is located at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains in the picturesque town of Tumut, NSW. Only 20 minutes from Blowering Dam and 1 hour to the ski fields there is plenty to do in the area. The self contained studio is 200m from the town center on a large 1200m2 block allowing free onsite parking and room for the boat. *Please note whilst we like to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible our Studio is not set up to support the charging of EV vehicles.

This lovely 3 bedroom home has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. For your comfort we provide bedding, a coffee machine, free hi-speed wi-fi and Bluetooth speaker. The house has a fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly. The study has a second TV and couch, great for kids viewing. The house has a large covered veranda around 3 sides of the house. The back veranda has seating and a BBQ, the front has comfy outdoor furniture and overlooks the country hills.

All Seasons holiday home

this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.

My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only.
