The apartment, located in the beating heart of the historic center, consists of a large living area with living room (TV and sofa bed), nice and characteristic kitchenette (stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and bathroom equipped with all comforts. The sleeping area, located on the mezzanine, is spacious, bright and comfortable . The apartment is entirely at guests' disposal I am always available by phone and in a few minutes I can get to the apartment. The apartment is in the heart of the historic center, in the middle of the university area, in a lively but at the same time safe neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity there are clubs, bars and restaurants. The apartment is well served by public transport and is close to the main attractions: • University: 100/200 m • Railway station: 1 Km • Two towers: 600m • Piazza del Neptuno: 800m • Sant'Orsola Hospital: 1 km • Parking in Piazza V||| August: 400m

In soli 10 minuti a piedi potrai raggiungere Piazza Maggiore. La zona é ben servita da trasporti pubblici, con abbondanza di bar, ristoranti e mini market. Fino a 4 persone possono essere accolte in un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. L'accesso è al piano terra e privo di barriere architettoniche.
