Small cozy apartment in great natural surroundings with own entrance, bathroom, living room with small kitchen and spacious bedroom! NB 1 : in the living room there is a sofa bed with a length of about 170. Otherwise there is a big double bed/or two single beds, as well as two single mattresses in the bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults, but must be a little flexible and stay a little cramped! Our cabin can be found at Valnesveien, about 45 minutes drive from Bodø airport and Bodø city. The cabin is cozy, modern and convenient. It is close to the road, is easily accessible and has good parking possibilities. Nearby you will find Saltstraumen and fishing opportunities, the baby sticks offer mountain hikes, Falkflågdalen and Valnesvannet forest walks/bathing, while beautiful Gildeskål and Meløy tempting it with paddling. A short walk will take you to spectacular Valnesfossen or the beach at Gjælentunet.

A simple and very cozy cottage in the mountains. It has 4 beds with duvets, pillows and linens. The cabin has a gas stove and fridge. There is no running water at the cabin. Water is collected from the creek that flows close to the cabin. In the winter, we make sure that there are full pitchers of water available. Wood-fired heating as well as panel ovens. Outside there is a fire pit with equipment and benches. The cabin does not have a bathroom, but an outhouse. There is electricity at the cabin.

Single room with own entrance

We live on the countryside. Its 6 km to grocery-store, bistro, train and bus. Its 45 min by car to Bodø city, and almost 20 min to Fauske city. If you like nature, we have a nice view, and a lot of places to enjoy! In the summer vi have daylight 24/7. In winter its darker, and if the weather is good, we have northern light. For almost 3 months we dont have sun. But we have snow - for playing and skiing. If you need guide in the mountains, contact Bodø Fjellføring!
