Enjoy the stylish atmosphere of this home at the heart of the city! High ceilings, more than 3.5 meters! Second floor, balcony in a cozy Odessa courtyard with an old well. Very nice modern renovation with all the amenities, which preserved the classic atmosphere of the house in the very center of the city! There is a cozy bedroom, living-dining room and kitchen with all utensils. The walls are almost a meter thick, it's safe and peaceful. A washing machine with a dryer, there is a dishwasher, a filter for drinking water with reverse osmosis.

Two separate rooms: a bedroom with a bed and a picturesque balcony on the facade, a living room with a folding sofa and a workspace. Minimalist kitchen with everything you need and a cozy combined bathroom. The apartment has fiber optic internet and has a projector with the ability to connect to YouTube or streaming services.
