Cereals/toast/spreads/milk/juice/tea.coffee etc provided. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children

Sweet Retreat

This cabin is self contained and it has a lovely personal, romantic touch to the room with a very comfortable Queen-size bed. The cabin is complimented by a spacious deck with water views and walnut trees. It is situated on a 20 acre rural property with a 20 minute drive to downtown Tauranga, and a 10 minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing dining and shopping center's. Uber eats also delivers to the area. Continental breakfast is included. What else could you ask for? A Perfect Retreat!

Private modern self contained studio (stand alone) with Queen bed, kitchen with fridge, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine. Bathroom with shower. TV and WIFI. A small outside area with table and chairs. Property is up a tree lined driveway well off the main road with parking. We welcome guests and know you will enjoy the convenience of our location to all of Tauranga/Mt Maunganui's attractions. We have security cameras covering our driveway entrance and our rear garden

Modern Hide-away

Recently renovated guest suite with fresh, bright, modern decor, own bathroom, separate entrance, parking and lovely hosts. There is a queen bed and a sofa-bed (size of a 'double' bed). Coffee and tea making is available, as well as a small fridge/microwave (not a full kitchen). We also have high-speed WiFi with Netflix/Disney+/Prime video. We're in a nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood on a back section with parking available. Section isn't fenced so if you bring a dog just be aware of that :)

This is a quirky unit that has been separated out from the main house with its own ranch slider entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has high ceiling in living zone, native timber floors in service areas and the bedroom is spacious with a view out to garden . It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with amazing views from many aspects when venturing, gardens and lawns .

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A home away from home... Look out over the reserve in this quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location to Tauranga CBD and the Mount. This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. PS infant under 2 can stay for free (porta cot available on request) PS Marshall the cat loves pats.
