Fully equipped cozy detached villa with huge garden and veranda. 3 x 2 person rooms with luxury box springs. Separate office room with fast WiFi. Veranda with large lounge sofa, 3 dining tables for 6 people. Carport with space for 4 cars. 10 minutes by car from Schiphol AirPort and 20 from Amsterdam. Public transport 40 min from Amsterdam. Zandvoort, Noordwijk. Close to the Westeinderplassen, nature reserve. Sailing, swimming. Nice place to have a vacation. * No groups of young people or parties

Beach villa Zilt&Zalig is located in the center of Egmond aan Zee, on its own dune, directly on the beach and is therefore the ideal place for a blissful holiday for 1 to 4 families at the same time. All luxury is present: fine boxsprings, XXL jacuzzi (so large that it is actually a pool), sauna, family outdoor shower (warm), cooking island, beach items, etc. There are 13 beds, but we rent to max 8 adults (enough beds for kids). You'll find peace here, so we don't rent to young people.

Bikes, kajaks, fast wifi, airco and parking are all free to use for our guests. The kitchen has a large stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer & espressomachine. Enjoy with the whole family in this luxurious vacation home on a small complex with only 5 houses , plenty of parking at the house , a lovely garden surrounded by a beech hedge , large south-facing terrace. House has a nice island kitchen , bathroom with bath, 2nd toilet and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Furthermore, the house has underfloor heating and floor cooling .
