We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. Bike Back 40 from house / Peaceful Home in Nature

Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has netflix. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.
