Quiet and comfortable studio in historic city center

The apartment is bright, spacious and comfortably furnished. It consists of a large room with kitchenette and independent bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, electric hob and microwave, as well as the necessary kitchenware and utensils. Bathroom shower, sink, washing machine, toilet. The hallway shared with my apartment allows for quick contact. There is also an iron and ironing board. There is a cat in the neighborhood - this is information for people with allergies.

Stylowy, przytulny, kompleksowo wyposażony, loftowy apartament. Idealne miejsce na długi jak i krótki pobyt, jeśli chcesz być niedaleko centrum, ale niekoniecznie w jego sercu. Duży atut tego miejsca to bezpłatny parking wokół budynku i wzdłuż ulicy. Jest dobrze skomunikowany z trasą 86, autostradą A4 i DTŚ. Dojazd autem do: -NOSPR- 7 min, -Term Rzymskich - 8 min, -Stadionu Śl. - 14 min, -Centrum Sosnowca - 9 min. Dojazd autobusem do centrum Katowic (np. do Spodka) zajmuje 8 min.
