New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Very good location for unforgettable holidays!

Big and wide living room with open kitchen with spectacular views Playa de las vistas, large dinning table. High speed WIFI and Cable TV. 2 Master bedrooms (Queen size). 1.5 Bathroom. The apartment is situated on the third floor without elevator (60 steps , wider and not very steep ).

Enjoy your vacation with the best views of the beach and sunsets from our terrace or jacuzzi; we are between Los Cristianos and Las Américas a 5-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, restaurants and 1 minute from the supermarket. It has for your private enjoyment: Sun loungers, wifi, TV, air conditioning and a Jacuzzi . We want tourism that comes to visit the island and be quiet. No noise should be made 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. NO DRUNKEN TOURISM ACCEPTED.
