Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

Studio sized log cabin with direct access to Hayward Lake and located just 3.5 miles from the Hatchery Creek Trailhead (Birkie Trail and CAMBA mountain bike trail access at this trailhead). Or you could go hang out at the city beach just half a mile away or launch your boat at the public launch (same place). Also just a short walk to downtown for great coffee, food and drink. The Long House

My place is close to Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands It is located 2 miles north of Washburn or 10 miles south of Bayfield. Peaceful country setting, the long house is a freshly remodeled mobile home. Sorry, no pets. I have increased the number of guests to six . There are 4 double beds in the cabin. If you are booking with more than 4 guests, please allow for this. Thanks you! Open June 1 - mid October
