New modern Countryside barn conversion. Huge property on 3 floors in private setting close to river and 20 mins to cambridge Covered outdoor area with hot tub, games room, pool and bar area overlooks open fields. This 150 year old barn conversion was painstakingly renovated in 2016 to a very high specification. Large open spaces throughout the barn with a modern but homely feel. private garden overlooks open fields with plenty of countryside and nature. up to 23 WE ARE NOT A PARTY VENUE.

The Barn

A recently rebuilt barn in the grounds of the existing owners' house. Fully self-contained and offering comfortable accommodation with full cooking facilities (including a dishwasher) and a large lounge and dining area. It has a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Guests can use the garden facilities and there is complimentary tea, coffee and milk. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sofa bed if more than 2 people stay. We can also provide a cot for babies.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

The Niche, studio minutes from Cathedral & Centre

Cosy garden studio with off-street parking, ideal for couples visiting the cathedral city of Ely. Not suitable for babies/toddlers. Kitchen with hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Relax with a book or the TV on the comfy sofa. The king-sized bed is dressed in freshly laundered cotton Cotton towels warm on the towel rail in the ensuite. Come stay!
