Der 1935 erbaute Hof von Donnerschwee / Appartement Helene liegt im Nordosten der Stadt Oldenburg und war das erste Siedlungshaus am Platz. Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Die Umgebung besticht durch seine Nähe zu den Donnerschweer Wiesen und seinen wunderschönen Rad- und Spazierwegen. Trotzdem sind die alltäglichen Dinge des Bedarfs innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß oder per pedes erreichbar.

Our duplex cottage (44 sqm) with own entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet district of Bürgerfelde- on the outskirts of the city and yet central! Only 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, train station and university and within minutes walking in the green surroundings. The house is refurbished and newly and comfortably equipped with all Pipapo. Ideal occupancy are 1-2 people/couples, for a few nights there are also three of you to stay. Pets welcome!
