Read my views. This is a safe quiet place to stay with a commity locked gate for short or long term. It is in a safe quiet area very close, 3 miles, to the UofA or downtown Tuscaloosa or Northport. It is a single level, comfortable residence with fenced front and back yards, private front patio, parking at front door. Close to restaurants, a grocery, a park for young and disabled kids, dog park with biking, hiking trails and a batting cage. Easy to navigate to and from this lovely home.

This 1 Br. 1 bath guest house sleeps 6 and has a lovely lake view to enjoy your morning coffee from the porch swing. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave and a table for six. All furnishings to prepare your meals. There is a Lazy boy queen sleeper sofa and a love seat and a 30 inch t.v. w/dish network and wifi. Bedroom has 2 full beds. Linens and towels provided. There is a gas grill and your own private dock. NO PETS ALLOWED inside or out sorry.
