Spacious, cozy apartment in the wide center of Blagoevgrad. Very close to the Liddell store, as well as to the universities in the city. The apartment has two bedrooms with beds (144/190 and 120/190), a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen with a large table, a large hallway and bathroom, and a terrace from each unit. Laundry service is also available. It is a 15-minute walk from the ideal centre. There is free space for parking behind the building, and for 10BGN/night we provide you with an underground garage!

Cozy villa on 2 floors, with its own salt water pool and heaters, pleasant for the body temperature. It's used between April and October). Convenient decking coverage in the pool area. Extensive patio with cherry trees, and a lovely grassy rug for walks. BBQ available. The place is secluded, there's a forest around. The village has a shop for essentials. Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with lovely drinking water from the mountain.

A nice house with a private backyard and a parking, modern furniture and a barbeque, located near Aquaclub Kotvata and other swimming pools, restaurants and shops. The hotsprings are near. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is suited in a great location for climbing the Seven Rila lakes and the mountain resort Panichishte. It is great for visiting the Rila Monastery. The distance between Sofia airport and Vila Gardenia is a 90 minute drive by car.
