The Annex - Relax in a Rural Location.

The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops.

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

Our converted barn in landscaped gardens, has two double bedrooms, the main having cast iron free standing bath. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. Situated on the outskirts of Harrogate, a lovely 15/20 minute stroll across the Stray to the centre of Harrogate. A one minute walk, local shops include Simply Food M&S, mini supermarket, Chinese, Indian, pizza, subway takeaways. A bus stop here too, to Harrogate,Ripon and Leeds.

Superb luxury holiday accommodation. The Old Stables is a stunning barn conversion set in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds. Self-contained peaceful studio, close to York

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 15 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!
