Looking for spectacular sea views under the sun where you can relax. In Villa MARIOLA you have the best views of the splendid bay in Cullera. This villa is great in any time of the year. Situated in a warm and relaxed atmosphere overlooking the sea. The house is located in Residentuial Villas Mediterraneo, one of the the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera. The perfect place for your holidays ★★★★★ The villa has one terrace with hammocks to enjoy the splendid views and the sun. There is a second terrance with a chill-out area with sofas and armchairs to enjoy the the sun. There's a dining area and a barbecue just for you!! The house has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialize. It has four bright double rooms with balcony or window, a spacious dining and living room with satellite TV and WIFI, kitchen and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, big refrigerator (cold water, ice), washing machine, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and plenty of utilities to make your stay more comfortable. The living room is bright and spacious. It has fantastic views to the bay and direct access to the terrace. It also has a large table where 8 people can eat comfortably. There's satellite TV too. FREE High Speed WIFI inside the house. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans... No heat in summer, no cold in winter. And out of summer, you can enjoy the real experience of having a sauna after enjoying your day in a Mediterranean beach. Come and feel like at home living the real Mediterranean atmosphere. Registry number VT-35036-V There's a communal swimming pool indoor/outdoor, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The pool is very big (more than 13m long by 4 m wide). There are also communal areas for playing and ejoying the free time. The house has a parking place (indoor) with space up to 4 cars. So, no issues with parking. This is an owner managed property. We like to think that our guests feel at home in Villa Mariola. So, we are always available to help our guests to enjoy their stay. We have also prepared some guides for our guests so they have all important information about the area, what to do, where to eat... We have very special monthly rates for low and mid season. Villa Mariola is located in a charming residential area in pretty gardens and with a communal swimming pool and social area. It's a private complex with exclusive residents' access in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to Cullera for easy access to sights, great shopping, and restaurants. Car is needed to move around and enjoy Cullera and Valencia city. The house has indoor parking place for up to 3 cars. So, no issues with parking. The beach is at 800 m and there are parking areas available in front of the beach. There is a supermarket (Consum) just 5 minutes by car. And of course… there are also good restaurants, tapas bars and takeaway near the house where you can have the delicious PAELLA, the specialty of Cullera.

Luxurious House with Splendid Seeview Close to Beach.

Open the idyllic wooden shutters and step out onto the expansive balcony for breakfast overlooking the Alicante bay. This zen escape features dreamy coastal-inspired interiors, from soft shades of blue to whitewashed walls and woven furniture. This 232 sqm luxury house has a fantastic seaview and is perfectly located only 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Spain. Well situated in a private gated community with extensive green areas, 4 magnificent pools, tennis courts and nice gardens. Alicante is only a 15 min drive away and 10 min away from the Airport. 2min walk to nice restaurants. You have access to the whole house except our private wardrobes that are looked. The nearby beach is considered one of the best beaches in Spain, just a 5-minute drive away from the complex, and there are many top restaurants within a short drive. Buses to Alicante and Santa Pola leave from just outside the gates. The view from the house is amazing overlooking the bay of Alicante and the mountains. 10-min to the airport. The location of the house is very convenient with walking distances to all amenities. If you like to go further there are both communal buses or cheap taxi that takes you to your destination efficient. If you do not want to walk to the beach, there is a bus leaving every 10 minute that takes you to the best beach, Playa Carabassi in just a few minutes. There are communal buses to Alicante and Santa Pola leaving just outside the gates of the community. Travel by bus is cheap. If you need taxis, just tell the security guard be the entrance and he will get you a cab in 10 minutes. It cost about 25 euros to go to Alicante or the Airport. The entrance, hall, and private garage for one vehicle are on the first floor. The sleeping area, where the bedrooms are located, is on the second floor. Access to the terrace, the living room, and kitchen are on the third floor. The terrace has an outdoor dining area with access to the kitchen, a barbecue grill, and a fantastic private infinity pool with fantastic views of Los Olivos beach and the entire Cullera coast.
