35 minutes by car from Matsuyama Airport. 13 minutes by car from Iyu Interchange. 13 minutes by car from JR Iyu City Station 3-minute drive or 14-minute walk from JR Iyokami-na Station. It takes about 40-50 minutes by car to visit Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, Tate Zoo, etc. A cute house completely remodeled in 2019, 9 minutes by car from JR Shimonachi Station. We also have a new kitchen, bath, and toilet. There is a Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats in the bedroom. The living room and dining room are about 10 tatami mats western style.Large deck terrace. There is also a front yard. If you play in the neighborhood... you can fully enjoy Shuangkai Town as a base for playing in the sea, playing in the sky, and playing on land. Walk to the sea in swimsuit, about 2 minutes on foot. Futami Seaside Park (roadside station, beach) is a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk. A 5-minute drive or 27-minute walk to Fureai Park (a park with playground equipment, tennis courts, and a soccer field). There are also classes where you can experience sea kayaking, sup and paragliding. (Reservation required) Cycling along the coastline is also recommended. If you want to relax at home... enjoy the sky, greenery on the deck terrace. Pitch a tent in the front yard and feel like you're camping. It's a barbecue and a good time. Private lodging is a one-day private inn located in Hida Village, in the middle west of Kochi Prefecture. It can accommodate up to 4 adults, but children under elementary school age can stay for free up to a maximum of 2 adults.Please relax with your family, three generations of parents and children, friends, and couples. Amenities are selected with no additives and environmentally friendly products.It tends to have a lot of luggage with children, but we provide an inn where you can travel comfortably. It is in a good location, less than 40 minutes from Kochi Airport, and within walking distance of JR station, but it is a little bit from the main road, so you can enjoy the quiet and peaceful country air.It is also easy to access the Miracle River and is said to be a miraculous stream. Use this as a base to enjoy the Incheon River. With the concept of "providing a relaxing space with an extraordinary feeling, but still feeling at home", we have completely renovated a private house about 40 years ago to be able to relax and enjoy the beams with old-fashioned retro windows and local trees. It is a "just the right size" for a group of 2LDK houses.You can relax your mind and body in this inn's prized cypress bath. In addition, the sunroom from the bath has a view of the countryside. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

Due to the recent rise in prices , we will unavoidably raise the price from 2023. For pilgrims and long-term stays, we plan to start another one, if you need more cheaper price, please contact me. House is just a short walk to the regular ferry terminal to Okinoshima, and15-minute drive to Enkoji,NO39 Shikoku88. This house is old but nice spacious two-story . you can use whole facility for private . The ceiling of first floor is a bit low and the bath is small. but has a good ocean view.
