Lake Travis Sunset House

My place is located on the sandy creek arm of Lake Travis, across from Jones Brothers Park. You’ll love my place because of access to the lake, the views, the location. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Quietness of the lake, yet minutes from restaurants in Cedar Park. And a short drive to downtown Austin. I also have these listing on the same property, if you need more/less space. NOTE: The lake is VERY low right now (hoping for rain soon).

We built this guest house in 2021 with the idea that guests would be able to stay comfortably while visiting Austin. The space is equipped with a full bathroom, and a small refrigerator for snacks and cool drinks, a Keurig coffee maker, and tea kettle & microwave. A brand new queen size bed will make for a restful night sleep. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on your private outdoor deck or a game of late afternoon chess! A must see spot!
